If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or arbitrator to be invalid, the parties agree that the court or arbitrator should give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Agreement will remain in effect. AFE Intake store' failure to act with respect to a breach by any person using the Site does not constitute a waiver of its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. In the event of any conflict between foreign laws, rules and regulations and those of the United States, the laws, rules and regulations of the United States will govern. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply to this Agreement. AFE Intake store may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement without such assignment being considered a change to the Agreement and without notice to you. You may not assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of AFE Intake store. This Agreement, the Privacy Statement, any operating rules, policies, or procedures that may be posted from time to time by AFE Intake store on the Site, and any modifications to the foregoing, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with regard to the subject matter in this Agreement and supersede all prior understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, as to such subject matter.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of any Content on AFEintakestore.com , shall be resolved by arbitration before three neutral arbitrators administered by the American Arbitration Association in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, as then in effect. Except for punitive damages (which may not be awarded), any provisional or equitable remedy which would be available from a court of law shall be available from the arbitrators to parties. The award of the arbitrators may be enforced in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Both parties hereby consent (a) to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles, California for any action (1) to compel arbitration, (2) to enforce the award of the arbitrators or (3) at any time prior to the qualification and appointment of the arbitrators, for temporary, interim or provisional equitable remedies and (b) to service of process in any such action by registered mail or any other means provided by law.
Copyright Infringement
