Order Changes and Cancellations
We will accept any order changes or cancellations granted that your order has not already been shipped. Please contact us via Email or you may call us at 321-233-1488. If your order has already been shipped, please see our returns policy for applicable restocking fees and return policies.
If you place an order but then decide to cancel it, you have 24 hours to do so without penalty. If you cancel your order after more than 24 hours, you will be charged a 5% cancelation fee. This goes towards the credit card fees & the fee we pay to send money back to your credit card.
Ordering Process and Tracking Numbers
When purchasing from AFE Intake Store, you order through our secure, authorized website. Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated invoice for the intake or exhaust item you ordered. Your order will then be processed within 24 hours of being placed and will be sent to our shipping department who either ships the item directly from our warehouse inventory or from our stock kept directly at AFE. Once your item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Often times orders are actually shipped out before we receive a tracking number from the shipping department. Therefore, even if you do not have a tracking number, it does not mean your order has not shipped. If you have any questions you may call us at 321-233-1488.
Returning an Item
We value your business and are happy to assist with any return necessary. Please email us to arrange for a return and receive an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization), or you may call us at 321-233-1488. If you are experiencing a problem with fitment on a product or other product quality, please contact us first and we will assist you. Please do not send any items back to us without first contacting us to receive an RMA #, as often these packages may be rejected if our return instructions are not followed.
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims and returns for damaged items can be processed by contacting us via email or you may call us at 321-233-1488. We will only accept returns on items which have a manufacturer defect and are still within the applicable factory warranty time period. Items that appear to be damaged by wear and tear, misuse, or have exceeded the manufacturer's warranty time period will not be accepted.

Price Matching
At AFE Intake Store we are proud to offer a low price guarantee on many of our most popular intakes and exhausts. If you find a lower price elsewhere, please contact us via email or call us at 321-233-1488 and we will do our best to beat that price! Unfortunately we can not offer price matching with any Ebay auctions.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for residents within California. Customers ordering from outside of California will not be charged sales tax.
Product Listings
AFE Intake Store' product descriptions are not designed or intended to replace your personal product knowledge, experience and/or research. At AFE Intake Store our goal is to be as accurate and complete in all our product descriptions, pictures, information, and pricing. However, occasional human error may occur during product uploading and we therefore can not guarantee against any typographical errors in pricing or information. In the event of an error or problem with a listing, AFE Intake Store has the discretion to cancel or refuse any order and immediately correct or remove the information.
If you do not see a product on our website that you are looking for, please note that often we have not had time to upload new products to our website. Please inquire before assuming that we do not offer it.
Shipping and Pick Ups
All orders are shipped directly from either our warehouse or AFE's warehouse. Orders will be shipped by using the fastest and most cost effective method which includes UPS, FedEx, DHL, California Overnight, and USPS. Please note many of these require signature confirmations upon delivery.
Technical Assistance
At AFE Intake Store, since we ourselves are also car enthusiasts, chances are we may have completed the same or similar modification to one of our own cars. Therefore, we may be able to help you with technical problems or installation for various items. We will do our best to provide assistance in most cases, but in the event that we can not assist you with your product, we will direct you to the manufacturer for further technical assistance.
